Sitaram Jindal Scholarship 2016-17 application form download and information.The Sitaram Jindal Foundation Scholarships has released the notification of scholarship for those students who belongs to backward and schedule cast. The purpose of giving the SJF scholarship is for the meritorious students for pursuing their higher studies. Intrested candidates can download the application form at the official website of the SJFR department and fill the scholarship form by offline mode and submitted to the SJF department. SJF Scholarship 2016-17.

Here is a good news for those candidates who are pursuing 9th to 12th and higher than 12th class that the SJF department has come with golden chance for the candidates. The SJF department will give scholarship to those candidates who will get good marks in the class.Studnets can do better studies after getting the scholarship.Studnets who got good marks in the class can apply for the scholarship.Students need to download the application form of the Scholarship and submitted to the SJF departemnt. Every year a large number of students get scholarship. This year also meritorious students can get the scholarship.

Eligibility Criteria for Sitaram Jindal Scholarship 2016 Application
For apply Sitaram Jindal Scholarship 2016-17 scheme the foundation devided the eligibility criteria in five category.

• Category A : The girls students from glass 9 to 12 are eligible for this scholarship. The students must be from a BPL Category.

• Category B : Students who are currently studying ITI course are eligible for this scholarship. There no any income certificate required for this students.

• Category C : Student of graduate or post graduate in honours course can apply for this scholarship. The salary not exceed four lakh per yer if the candidate is employed.

• Category D : The students who were took admission on Engineering or Medical courses can apply for Sitaram Jindal Scholarship 2016-17. The annual family income not exceed 2.5 lakh of the candidates.

• Category E : The students who are take admission Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Environment Scientist, Journalism etc are eligible to apply for Sitaram Jindal Scholarship 2016-17. The annual gross family income of the candidate not exceed 2.5 lakh for apply this scholarship.

Purpose Of Sitaram Jindal Foundation Scholarship

• Giving financial help to Physically disabled students
• Giving financial help to the orphanages/old age womens who are in distressed circumstances, conditions and situations
• To increasing the education in the country
• To providing the better education for those students who belongs from schedule or backward cast

Scholarship Amount distribution to the Students :

• For 9th to 12th Class Students the scholarship is Rs. 500/- per month
• For ITI students the amount is Rs. 500/- per month
• For graduation and postgraduate students the amount is :
  General girls : 800 rs. per month
  General Boys : 600 rs. per month
• Physically Challenged students : 800 rs. per month
• For widows & unmarried wards of ex-serviceman-rs. 1000 per month
• Post Graduation students will get additional rs. 200 p.m.
• For diploma courses the amount is :
  Girls -Rs. 1000 p.m.
  boys -rs. 800 p.m.

Pursuing Graduation or Post Graduation in Medical or engineering

• UG Courses
  Girls -1500 rs. P.m.
  Boys -1300 rs. P.m.
• PG Courses

         Girls -2000 rs. P.m
Boys -1800 rs. P.m.
Additional amount for Boarders

• ITI/Graduate courses rs. 500/- p.m.
• Medical or Engineering Course rs. 1000/- p.m.

Application Process for Sitaram Jindal Scholarship Scheme.

For apply Sitaram Jindal Scholarship 2016-17 students have to download the application form from the official website of Sitaram Jindal Foundation, www.sitaramjindalfoundation.org and take it print out. Download the prescribed income certificate from this site also. Fill up the application form correctly, attached a passport size photograph on it and attach the following documents with the application form.

1. Income Certificate from BDO, SDO, Gazetted officer, retired IAS, IPS officer etc.
2. Photocopy of marksheet, last exam passed.
3. Photocopy of BPL card (if applicable).
4. Physically Challanged certificate (if applicable).

Note:- The last date for apply Sitaram Jindal Scholarship 2016-17 is 31st October, 2016. The application form must be reached to the Foundation office within due date.
